Werner design werks

Blu Dot’s 2d/3d Packaging

This single package is designed and constructed to work for three different products that have unique shapes and proportions (7 x 10, 8 x 13, and 4 x 9), saving the client considerable printing and storage costs. The product simply slips under the appropriate tabs to lock it in place. The exterior label is applied according to the package contents. Like the “flat to fabulous” product it holds, the package ships flat, stores flat and goes together without any glue, staples or fasteners. It is included in Toronto’s Musée De La Poste permanent collection and was awarded Best of Category by ID magazine.

I really like the colours, stock and processes used
for this packaging such as the embossing.
